The location of Mytikas in wich our complex is also located, makes an ideal base for excursions to all surrounding areas. In particular, around Mytikas and Preveza you can visit many recreational, archaeological, historical, mythological, ecological attractions, or a combination of the above sources, such as Acheron, Oracle, Parga, Lefkas, Sivota, Ancient Nicopolis (Roman Theatre , Conservatory, Nymphaeum, thermal) and the new Museum of Ancient Nicopolis, Zalogo and Folklore Museum, Ruins of Ancient Cassiopeia, Roman Aqueduct, Wetland of Amvrakikos Bay, and of course many beaches for all kind of tastes, as the entire beach from Preveza and in length of 60 km is magnificent and suitable for swimming. You can also enjoy daily cruises to Amvrakikos Gulf and Paxos.a.

Mytikas

Mytikas is a picturesque seaside resort on the Ionian Sea, built a few meters above sea level, with mild tourism and beautiful beaches.”Faros” beach, located just below the complex, is ideal for relaxation. It is sandy and the morning shows natural shade. From Mytikas also begins the famous beach “monolithi” next to the homonymous scenic forest, which stretches for several kilometers, where there are beach bars that provide customers with free sun beds and umbrellas. In Mytikas you can find super markets, stand, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, fruit stores, several restaurants, and you will have the opportunity to even buy fresh fish straight from the boats!

Preveza

Preveza is a beautiful coastal city, seat of the homonymous Regional Unity, where one side is the entrance of Amvrakikos Gulf and the other overlooks the Ionian Sea. The close proximity of “Faros” apartments (7 kilometers), is making it a frequent destination of our customers, as they have the opportunity to tour the many sights and enjoy the entertainment that the city generously offers its visitors. Sights Venetian Clock Tower of St. Charalambos, the Pantocrator Castle, Castle of St Andrews, Castle of St George, Maritime Museum, Museum of Ancient Nicopolis, Androutsou Square with the statue of him, Wall of St. Athanasius, St. Haralambos Temple, House and bust of poet Karyotakis, Saitan (devil’s) Bazaar, Healing baths, courthouse, neoclassical buildings.
